This commercial building in Southern Indiana was transformed with a new color palate. This project involved substrate repairs, along with the awnings being removed

This commercial property involved pressure cleaning, extensive preparation and a waterproof Hi-build coating with an accent color.

Historic Commercial Restoration

This historic commercial restoration project completed by H.F. Steilberg Co. Inc. offered an initial challenge due to the degrading mortar. We were asked to offer a value engineering solution to this problem and were able to save the owner over $9,500.00 with the proper preparation, masonry sealer and mortar caulk in lieu of a major tuck pointing project.

Seminary Woods Apartments

H.F. Steilberg Co. Inc. completed all phases of design finishes in the Common Areas of this elegant Condominium. This included custom Faux Finishes, Wallcovering, Painting and Special Finishes.

The Hindu Temple

This commercial project completed by H.F. Steilberg Co. Inc. involved the restoration and painting of sacred religious structures within the temple. All work was coordinated and completed within the religious guidelines specified. Work included very detailed preparation, painting and gold leaf application.
