Residential Portfolio
Providing You with House Painting Expertise in Louisville
We’re proud to share what a little creativity and a few coats of paint can do for a home. Of course, you should expect this from a company doing house painting in Louisville for three generations. You can see our residential painting legacy in the stunning exteriors and interiors we have created for historic homes, upscale condos, and stately mansions.
We know much of our work owes its beauty to our experience. Our company has been in the business for more than 80 years, and we know what works and what lasts. But equally as important is our focus on bringing our customers’ vision to life with the choice of color, moldings, and woodwork.
Our painters are not afraid to use color – bold, vivid, and in various quantities, if that’s what our client wants. Our professionals are more than capable of handling the restoration often necessary before painting many of these grand old houses. Plus, we pay meticulous attention to detail, so each stroke enhances the beauty of the whole, as you can see.
The Inverness Condominiums
The unique layout of this Highlands home offered some unique challenges. Our painters applied a blend of deep pewter and metallic finishes to pull off the contemporary design desired.
Waterfront Park Place
At this home in the Downtown Waterfront District, Steilberg Painting used oil glazes to create a soft parchment finish that transcends time. Our painters finished the large living space with a rich distressed tone-on-tone wall glaze in a stunning berry hue. The upward cantilevered lighting enhances the pastel color within the recessed ceiling panels.
Glenview Condominiums
We created this graphic design theme using deep navy blue horizontal stripes and accent panels in this Highlands Condo.
Wolf Pen Branch Road
This Prospect home’s sunroom contains magical finishes in an eclectic array of old world glazes and vibrant pastels, with accented antique highlights in the beautiful custom wood moldings.
Orchard Ridge Lane
The multi-colored glaze wall finish of this Glenview home compliments the rich wood patina displayed in the coffered ceiling and elegant casework.
Clifton Area Historic Home
The restoration for this beautiful Princess Ann style home in the Clifton area involved wood restoration and six different colors.
